Neculai Archip Amir Jaberzadeh

Amir Jaberzadeh is a research fellow in the Computational Radiology Laboratory (CRL) at Boston Children's Hospital. He received his Ph.D in Computer Science from University of Strasbourg, France in February 2015. During his Ph.D, Amir was working on a surgical planning application software for thermo-ablation interventions in ICUBE laboratory, Strasbourg. His research was focused on thermal simulation of tissue and optimization of multiple trajectories considering several geometric constraints. He obtained his Master's and bachelor's degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, 2011 and University of Isfahan, 2008.
Amir's research in CRL focuses on developing DWI algorithms with high computational demands by using parallel computing on many-core processors and vectorizing SIMD instruction sets..
